Our client, a fast-growing fashion outlet is seeking to hire a seasoned Accountant to oversee its daily operations. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily accounting process, oversee daily operations, optimizing resources, improving internal processes and financial success.
Job Responsibilities
● Manage all accounting functions of the business.
● Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
● Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce performance, including effective staffing, training, and talent development.
● Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
● Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and resources allocation.
● Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
● Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Person Specification
● B.Sc./ HND/ PGD in Accounting.
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accountant with supervisory responsibilities.
● Good Interpersonal and people management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
● Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
