Responsibilities:
-Generate and Manages the Bank Portfolio (Deposit & Credit)
-Drive the branch team to ensure that customers’ needs are met
-Develop strategy & roadmap for improving the financial performance of the Bank
-Build long lasting relationships with customers
-Create a culture of high performance among staff within the Bank
-Ensure that Bank’s procedures are followed to mitigate risks.
-Coordinate Credit Appraisal & Deposit Mobilization
-Drive the actualization of financial and non-financial targets
-Coordinate business development initiatives
Risk assets marketing.
-Meet the different e-channels target of the bank.
Requirements:
-Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics or a related discipline.
-A post-graduate Degree in Business, Finance or Economics is an added advantage.
-5 years experience in similar position.
