• Develop new financial and operational models that support sound business decisions.
• Defining business requirements and reporting same to stakeholders
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Academic qualification of a bachelor’s degree in a Business related field or an MBA.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
