Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their business growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will work closely with their marketing team to develop and execute strategies that expand their client base, increase revenue, and strengthen their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage brokerage sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and referral sources.
3. Oversee business and lead the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and potential areas for growth.
6. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote their services and establish industry connections.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results to the management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in business development
3. Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market trends.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a team.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
