Leky Mills is a modern agro-processing company bridging the gap between rural production and household consumption of yam within Nigeria and Africa at large.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate business development strategies with the managing Director to increase revenue and profitability.
- Research market and identify new business opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Develop business proposals for new clients.
- Identifying emerging markets as potential for growth
- Develop creative strategies to retain clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
- Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
- Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience business development/ sales experience
- Strong clients relationship management skills
- Have a desire to rapidly growing organization
- Proven ability to work independently
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
