JOB SUMMARY: The Business Manager, will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. This multifaceted position requires a candidate with a blend of accounting expertise, exceptional customer relationship management skills, a solid IT background, and the ability to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES: 

 Lead and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

 Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.

 Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

 Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.

 Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance market presence and competitiveness.

 Leverage IT knowledge to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support business operations.

 Utilize data analytics to extract insights, drive informed decision-making, and identify trends for continuous improvement.

 Lead, mentor, and guide a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

• Must have experience in accounting/marketing 

• A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar field.

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., ACA) is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and budgeting.

• Strong customer relationship management skills with a track record of building and maintaining partnerships.

• Proficiency in IT systems and applications relevant to business operations.

• Solid understanding of data analytics and its application to business decision-making.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
