Customer Care Representative

Working days:Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Description:
– Process all customer’s order sales and close sales via the appropriate channel
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints
– Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships via official channels (WhatsApp messages and bulk SMS)
– Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Requirements:
– Must have two years of experience
– Proven work experience as an operations officer
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(MS Excel in particular) and other basic tech skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
