We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for our client, the CEO of a bakery located at Mushin, Lagos.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient time management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for the MD/CEO.
• Prepare and organize necessary documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
• Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal departments or external parties, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses.
• Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD/CEO, taking notes, and reporting back on action items and decisions.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of the MD/CEO’s strategic projects and initiatives.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, for the MD/CEO’s office.
• Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the MD/CEO in the management of internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Conduct research and analysis as required, providing the MD/CEO with insights and recommendations.
• Provide administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, ensuring smooth execution and positive outcomes.
• Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by the MD/CEO.

Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
• A professional and positive attitude, representing the MD/CEO and the company with integrity.
• Initiative and proactivity in anticipating and addressing the needs of the MD/CEO.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
• Demonstrates a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information, exercising sound judgment in decision-making processes.
• Aids team members when needed, contributing to the achievement of collective goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
