Experience: 2-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the CEO.
● Examine documents for review.
● Respond to client queries and requests.
● Handle/supervise travel and other logistics arrangement.
● Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEO’s behalf.
● Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
● Manage the CEO’s social media pages.
● Support the business development strategy.
● Monitor and manage activities of all business accounts.
● Managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● BSc/HND in any related discipline.
● 2 – 3 years of work experience as an Executive, Personal Assistant
● Excellent knowledge of google workspace and added digital skills.
● Time management and ability to meet deadlines
● Verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
● Problem-solving and decision making
● Proactivity and self-direction
● Interpersonal skills
