1. Learning and Development Officer
Responsibilities
• Conduct and collate a robust training needs assessment across all departments in the company and develop a comprehensive training needs report for Management review and approval.
• Prepare the annual training calendar for the company in line with the training needs assessment for approval by the Head HR.
• Monitor, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and provide feedback to the Talent Management.
• Assist in the company’s ongoing development through the identification of organisational and role specific training needs, delivering programmes that enhance staff skills.
• Prepare training budget reports for Management’s approval and monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded.

Minimum Requirement:
• First degree or is equivalent in Business administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Professional certification in HR Management e.g. Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), etc. will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, with at least 1 years in learning and development/career management in Human Resources is required

2. Assistant Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition Officer
Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying critical positions to be filled within the company and agree key criteria for vacant positions.
• Maintain an accurate database of manning levels across the company and proactively identify variations with approved manning.
• Design and implement recruitment activities (vacancy identification, advertisement, candidate screening, testing, interviewing, etc.) as defined in the approved framework and plan.
• Review and examine applicant information to determine candidate suitability for the position’s requirements.
• Conduct initial screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates and perform first level interviews in-person

Minimum Requirement
• First degree or its equivalent in Business administration or relevant discipline.
• Professional certifications in HR Management e.g. Professional in HR (PHR), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), etc. is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience on similar role.
