RESPONSIBILITIES
review and analysis of the search application form;
search for resumes of candidates that match the job description;
hold the first stage interview; register candidates in the program according to the algorithm;
coordinate candidate with manager at the second stage interview;
organize of the welcome day for a candidate (introduction with the company’s standards and company values);
on-boarding – 1:1 meeting with employee during the adaptation period (using the adaptation questionnaire – 1 time at the end of the trial period);
measuring employee contentment and loyalty to the company (once per 3 months)in order to keep track of the situation in the team if the issue arise
