Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Apartments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record in the hospitality industry. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and achieve financial targets.
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
– 4 years minimum proven experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry best practices.
– Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant tools.
– Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required
