Responsibilities:
📌Set up systems and take the lead with policies and procedures by Labour law and Industry best practices.
📌Effectively leverage HR business partnerships and business development strategies to champion business.
📌Work closely with colleagues to ensure that HR department tools and policies are
well aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance
📌Undertake HR administrative roles, as well as provides business support assistance to all
departments and units
📌Undertake the role of facility management, keeping inventory of all assets, leveraging
preventive maintenance.

Requirements:
📌Bsc./HND in any social sciences or related field with 3-5 years experience.
📌 Experience in HR Administration is highly essential
📌 Experience with community relations and Stakeholder Management is desirable.
📌 Knowledge of HR Analytics is desirable
