Welcome to opoobo.com and our associated apps. By utilizing our transport, multi-vendor delivery apps, marketplace, or payment services, you fully agree to comply with the terms defined herein.

1. Use of the Ecosystem

Users must be at least 18 years of age or under legal supervision to establish consumer, driver (“Pilot”), or agent accounts. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

2. Vendor & Merchant Marketplace Rules

Independent merchants listing options on OPOOBO Go, OPOOBO Mall, or OPOOBO Market are legally compelled to accurately represent pricing, inventory health, and sanitary standards for food/medical products. OPOOBO reserves full right of account suspension for policy violations.

3. Transits & Booking Cancellations

Bus and ride ticket bookings processed via bus.opoobo.com are subjected to regional route regulations. Cancellations, refunds, or charter changes fall directly under our explicit Refund Policy rules.

4. Limitations of Liability

OPOOBO Global Services Company Limited serves as a digital platform infrastructure provider. While we strictly audit delivery pilots and partners, we are not directly liable for unforeseen transit issues or vendor inventory inaccuracies.
